Sometimes it’s ok to recognize that we aren’t so fine.
I would admit that I have been terrified not once but many times. Different occasions. This might makes anyone think that I’m weak minded, but just so let you know, I don’t bother if you think so.
Mental health is as important as physical health. Having a balanced diet and exercise is crucial. Sometimes we are exhausted mentally maybe due to overwork. That’s our choices, it’s on us to fix it. If it’s out of balance, maybe there’s something needed to be changed.
Today, another famous Japanese actor commited suicide, after the recent incident by another reality show star. Surely it would bring in grief for those who loved him, his family and friends, and his community. Although suicide is perhaps the most preventable death, it’s perhaps the pitiest of all.
So I hope to share some of the resources here in case some of you need help. This include local clinics in the city you can visit to, and online community that you can ask for help. Please do rely on others, even if they are strangers, if you can’t stand by yourself. YOLO.
